In this episode of Amplified, Doug prank calls another shop. Jordan installs a four channel Alpine MRP-F300 amp into a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Jordan explains a few things about integrating amps into a factory system. Spoon works on his car. He explains how he modified the deck lid in order to port the subwoofer enclosure into the cab of the vehicle.

trunk lid struts i could have used a pair of those for my lid in a maxima. i took my tension bars out too make room for my box. i was working on it this past weekend bumped the broom stick that was holding the lip open down it came on my head. u can see the injury in a video i uploaded.
I got a good ass laugh off that prank call.
Pac sells a tone generator … I use mine daily got it thru aamp i believe.

the same thing kinda happened to us, we had a keyless start put into the truck and we drove way up in the hill and the truck would not turn on, so we unplugged the little unit thing and it worked. we got home and plugged it back in and the truck has worked just fine sense then. it really sucked
