What device hangs on car window to keep inside cool in the summer?
Question by : What device hangs on car window to keep inside cool in the summer?
A long time ago, (way before I could drive) maybe about a few years, I saw this device. It is a little clip on box you roll your window up on and it supposedly kept your car cool when it was the summertime so when you got in it wasn’t really hot inside. Does anyone know what it was called? I could really use it. Thanks everyone in advance!

It was called the SEABREEZE car window air conditioner. I remember my Dad had one on our car. They didn’t work all that well. I’ll post more if I can still find one on the Internet.
EDIT – here is one by THERMODOR – it looks the same as the SEABREAZE units. I remember my Dad pouring ice water into it, but that’s about all I remember about them. It wasn’t an air conditioner, it was a heat exchanger.
