Well I lost the CD for the gps for my Mercedes ML 320 CDI. Is there any way I could burn it if the we on a disk and then put it in my car? Thanks for the efforts everyone!

Question by plus: Free software requited for the operations of a motor car workshop?
I want a free software for a motor car work shop. The people at workshop have to input the details whenever a new car for repair comes. Currently they are using MS Excel to feed in data. Any free software that can be customized to their need. There are private cars and insured cars comming at the workshop. In addition to entry of new details the software should also search old records for old customers.

I would suggest OpenOffice.org’s office suite program Calc as it essentially is the same as MS Excel i.e. a spreadsheet program. Calc can generally open your existing MS Excel documents and provide the same basic functionality.

I love virtual car crashes, video games, anything. I don’t want a game, but a easy-to use software to create your own crashes in 3D. There is really only only two things I really want.
1. Body deformation
2. Any type of gravity
I am looking for something like Virtual Crash 2 but with deformation of the car. Thanks!
Please note I have 0 experience with Blender or 3Ds Max, but if those are the only options, I am looking for a really easy tutorial
