Just a rumor. There is no such program. We can’t have the government paying for everything.

This can be a very difficult one to find. There are so many hiding places. I go to the fuse box first and check to see if there are any foreign wires connected anywhere there. Then under the hood and look for the same thing. If you do find a stray wire, follow it and you will find the culprit. If you can’t find it, cut the wire.

well in your case the easiest way is taking your car some pics in a fully horizontal position then with your pictures get the “photo shop” software for making some mods to your pictures, of course you will need some training, you should download a “tutorial” for the software.
if your are thinking in something more “pro” you should download the “blender 3d” software, is more complicated to use in the beginning but with the tutorials gets more easy and is a free

There is none that I am aware of at this time. You probably wouldn’t want one, anyway. The satellite images are good, but they don’t normally concentrate on roads over-all. The roads could be hidden by hills or trees. They also don’t stand out without being highlighted in some way. All the vegatation and other things that show up in a satellite image is just extra clutter when you are driving and want to see the street or road you are on. The current map system is actually pretty good because everything is clear and free of clutter.
