Want to know if I tweek the color saturation on my Canon Rebel xti will these changes only show in photos taken in (M) Manual setting or will those changes also be accepted in Auto mode. My colors in Auto mode are too red!

Those settings are only available in any manual setting like program, shutter, aperture and full manual. Full auto does everything to factory settings.

However since I own two Canon dslr camera I’d suggest that you leave the color saturation alone and do that in software because many of the photos you take won’t call for saturation and switching back to full auto shouldn’t be an option.
